• A walk now holds 100 photos. Snap as you go, the camera keeps a count of how many are left. • Pick the photos you share. Open Share on any walk and tap the ones you want, up to 20, numbered in the order you tapped them. Long walks get buttons that jump along the route and a Show picked view, and your photos can arrive as separate images or as photo pages. • Pace colors on your walk (Pro). Your route, your splits and your elevation chart color from your slowest stretches to your fastest, with a key reading Slower to Faster and a marker wherever you stopped. • Pace on your share card (Pro). The card's route and elevation strip carry the same colors, walks of four miles or more can show mile markers, and you can resize the elevation block. • The App Store code on your journey share cards moved into the footer, so it never lands on a face. • Improved: photo pins that group together when they crowd, maps that fit your route, and dozens of refinements across Strides and sharing.

• Your weekly summary, your way: choose the five tiles up top, then tap any tile or day to jump straight to it. • Log blood pressure and protein right in the app. Readings can save to Apple Health too. • Open a scale app's export straight into Journey Tracker to import your measurements. • Free accounts now see their two latest lab visits. • Cleaner Home tiles and dozens of refinements.

• Share a Stride. Turn any walk into images you can post: your route line, the map, or your own photo behind the stats. Split the card between photo and map, drag the numbers and labels wherever you want them, set the accent color, and add the walk's photos as extra images, one per image or two stacked. • A camera inside Strides. Take a photo without leaving the walk: full-screen or 4:3 framing, pinch to zoom, and a self-timer. The shot stays attached to that Stride. • Pick your own color. Choose any color in Settings and the app follows it: Home, charts, rings, and buttons. Your share cards get their own accent color too. • Redesigned reports. Therapy & Doses, Weight Progress, Lab Results, Body Composition, and Full Journey now share one layout, with cleaner tables and charts and an optional cover page. • Improved: thinner route lines on every map, plus dozens of refinements across Strides, photos, and reports.

Improved • Fixed a slowdown that could make the Home screen stop responding once you had logged a few months of data. Home now does a fraction of the work it used to and stays smooth however much history you have built up.

• Labs, by marker: every lab test now gets its own trend line, one tap from Labs. Follow the marker that matters most to you and it rides along on your Home screen. • More of Labs is free: see your most recent visit and the full history of one marker of your choosing, without a subscription. • A redesigned Logbook: your labs, weight, blood pressure, doses, symptoms, and walks in one continuous timeline. Pinch the date bar to move across days, weeks, months, and years, so a single day and a whole year are the same gesture apart. • Estimated Medication Levels: see how each dose builds up and fades between injections, estimated from the doses you log and your medication's FDA label. An estimate, not a measurement. • Three views on one card: switch between the Levels chart, the Fuel Gauge, and the Dose Counter on the GLP-1 Therapy screen. • Medication tile on Home: choose a vial ring, dose dial, or fuel gauge, and tap it for the bigger view. • Off-schedule doses: log a dose early or late and choose whether to keep your schedule or shift it to that day. • Improved: daily schedules for oral medications.

The Strides update — walks, runs, and indoor sessions get a big upgrade. • Facing direction on the map: a compass cone shows which way you're pointed, with a live bearing readout. The cone widens when the compass is less certain, so you know how much to trust it. • Stride Photos: capture moments mid-walk without stopping the recording, pinned to your route map and gathered in a walk-by-walk album — now up to 40 photos per walk. • Camera within reach: shoot from the map, from the Active Stride bar on your Home screen, or straight from the Lock Screen. • Save to Photos: optionally keep copies of your walk photos in your own Photos library, with their locations, so they appear on your Photos map. • Scenic Sessions: photographic backdrops with a live goal ring for treadmill and other indoor activities. • Indoor Strides: track treadmill, bike, and other machine workouts with live stats. • Route trim: cut the start or end of a recorded route — distance and splits recalculate. • Edit saved Strides: adjust a walk's details after saving. • Full-screen maps: expand any route map to pan, zoom, and replay. • What's New: release notes and a look ahead, now in Settings.
