Therma nails the thing most wellness apps get wrong: it doesn’t overwhelm you. The journaling space is clean and distraction-free, and the mood check-ins take seconds, so it actually fits into a busy day instead of becoming one more thing to dread. I picked it up with zero learning curve. The AI insights pulling patterns out of my entries are a nice touch on top. Dropping one star only because I want to see where it goes as it matures, but the simplicity alone keeps me opening it as many times as I can.
