Better recipe suggestions We stopped showing you dishes you can't actually cook. Jujube already knew when a recipe needed two ingredients you don't have — it just showed it to you anyway to fill out the list. It doesn't do that any more. If your kitchen supports four good dinners tonight, you'll see four good ones instead of twelve you'd have to go shopping for. One ingredient can also no longer take over the whole feed. Suggestions now spread across the proteins you actually have, so a single can of tuna can't turn into five of your eleven ideas. Payment problems are no longer silent If a subscription payment fails, Jujube now tells you inside the app and takes you straight to your billing settings, instead of quietly dropping you to the free tier. Fixes Korean and Chinese: the savings figure on the subscription screen showed a US dollar amount in the middle of an otherwise translated sentence. It now shows the right currency.

Fix a wrong expiry date without hunting for the right screen. - You can now set or correct an ingredient's expiry date directly from the Digest. Until now the only place to edit a date was the Kitchen item screen, so the screen that told you a date looked wrong could not fix it. - "Recipes that use this" is no longer empty for most ingredients. Anything written with a note in parentheses - soft tofu (sundubu), bell pepper (red), salted butter - was quietly matching nothing at all. Those ingredients now find their dishes. - Fewer repeated dishes. Two spellings of the same dish are now recognized as one, so suggestions vary more and come back faster. - The first screen leads with what Jujube actually does instead of an offer, and the sign-in link no longer looks like a second button.

Cook suggestions you can trust at a glance. - Every dish now says plainly whether you can cook it: "Ready to cook", or exactly which ingredient you are short. No more guessing what a percentage meant. - Ingredient matching is far more accurate. "Minced garlic" finds your garlic, toasted sesame oil matches the sesame oil in your pantry, and real substitutions are named out loud instead of counted as missing. - Salt, pepper, oil and the other staples you always keep are no longer held against a recipe, and you can tell Jujube which ones you actually stock in Settings. - A dish whose recipe is still being written now says so, and updates itself the moment the recipe is ready. - The post-cook check picks up where you left off, asks about each ingredient once, and stays closed once you have finished it. - Ingredients added by receipt scan or voice can be corrected before saving, with unclear items flagged for a second look.

The biggest rebuild since launch. Jujube has been redesigned from end to end. A KITCHEN YOU CAN KEEP UP WITH Items are now simply Have it, Running low, or Out. No counting, no units. Everything sits in your Fridge, Freezer, or Pantry, and how long something stays fresh now depends on where you keep it. A NEW HOME SCREEN One hub for what is fresh, what needs using tonight, what you have saved, and your cooking streak. RECEIPT SCANNING NOW READS PRICES One photo still imports the whole haul, and Jujube now captures what each item cost. REAL SAVINGS, NOT ESTIMATES A new Savings screen adds up the value of the food you rescued instead of throwing away, calculated from your own receipt prices. FRESH CHECK, REDESIGNED The evening ritual is now a swipe: Used it, Still have it, or Tossed. Tap any ingredient to see recipes that use it. ADD BY VOICE, REBUILT Say what you bought and what is running low in one breath. Jujube sorts out which is which and shows you a review screen before anything changes. COOK, REDESIGNED A new Cook page with AI suggestions, browsing, recent dishes, and your own cookbook. Recipe pages are cleaner, and there is a proper step-by-step cooking mode. EVERY DISH HAS A PHOTO Freshly made artwork across the entire recipe catalogue. A SHOPPING LIST BY STORE Assign items to the shops you actually go to, so the list matches your trip. A GUIDED TOUR Your first launch now walks you through the app, and you can replay the tour any time from the You tab. HOUSEHOLD SHARING, HARDENED Invite codes are now single use and expire after 12 hours. Leaving a household never leaves your family without an owner, and codes no longer contain characters that are easy to misread.
