Out of the 8 challenges you need to complete 5 to beat your week.
And after each challenge you'll get a short lesson about social anxiety, confidence, and tips to make rejection easier. Things we were never taught in school.
After each week, you'll rate how difficult it was, and you'll only get harder challenges once your current ones become so easy they bore you.
Complete 50 days and watch yourself become a different person.
