EGK IDVault
ID, Document Digital Vault
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
EGK IDVault — store, protect & manage all your critical ID documents offline. Face ID secured, zero cloud, zero compromise. Your vault, your rules.
EGK IDVault is your personal digital document vault — a secure, offline-first app that keeps all your critical identity documents organised, protected, and always within reach.
Whether it's your passport, driving licence, health insurance card, property deed, or any other important document, EGK IDVault gives you one trusted place to store everything — with no internet connection required, ever.
Your Data Never Leaves Your Device
EGK IDVault is built on a single principle: your documents belong to you. All data is stored exclusively on your iPhone using on-device storage. Nothing is sent to any server, no cloud sync, no third-party services. If you delete the app, everything goes with it — because only you ever had it.
Secured from the Moment You Open It
Every session begins at the lock screen. Set your own 6-digit passcode, and optionally enable Face ID or Touch ID for instant, frictionless access. No account required. No password to forget. No recovery email. Just you and your biometrics.
Capture, Scan & Store in Seconds
Use your camera to scan physical documents directly into the vault. Import from your photo library, or enter details manually. Attach front and back images, record document numbers, issuing authorities, issue dates, and expiry dates — all in one clean form.
Never Miss an Expiry Again
EGK IDVault tracks expiry dates across your entire document collection and alerts you to anything expiring within 30 days. Expired documents are flagged in red. The Alerts tab gives you a live overview so nothing catches you off guard — at borders, hospitals, or anywhere else it matters.
Stay Organised Across 9 Categories
Documents are automatically organised across Identity, Medical, Financial, Travel, Education, Property, Vehicle, Insurance, and Other. Pin your most-used documents for instant access. Mark favourites. Search and filter by category in seconds.
Export & Share on Your Terms
When you need to share document metadata — with a family member, lawyer, or for your own records — export a clean JSON summary in one tap. Share via AirDrop, email, or save to Files. Image data stays on your device.
Universal. No Borders. No Barriers.
Designed for anyone, anywhere in the world. No region-specific assumptions. Works fully offline — on a plane, underground, or anywhere with zero signal.
