Quick daily check-ins help you notice patterns over time, so you can understand your ups and downs with kindness instead of pressure.
Guided programs
Dozens of structured programs for anxiety, sleep, stress, self esteem, CBT skills, and more. Real tools and exercises, not just reading.
Private journaling
Write freely in a space that is yours. Krow can gently weave your goals and themes into how it supports you, only if you allow it.
Breathe and reset
Simple breathing exercises to calm your body in about a minute, with Krow breathing along with you.

Share and connect in moderated, supportive spaces when you want company, or keep everything to yourself when you do not.
You are in control
A clear "What Krow knows" panel lets you choose exactly what the AI can use about you, from mood to journaling to programs. Turn any of it off whenever you like. Krow never sees your password or payment details.
Crisis resources, always close
If things get heavy, support lines like 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) and Crisis Text Line are one tap away from chat and the SOS button.
PRIVACY FIRST
Your trust is the whole point. You can export your data or delete your account at any time, right inside the app. We never sell your data. Optional client side encryption is available for added protection.
MEMBERSHIP
YouMatter is free to use with generous daily limits. Optional memberships (Plus, Pro, and Supporter) unlock generous daily messaging, your choice of AI model, voice features, and more. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can cancel any time in your Apple subscription settings.
