■ الخصوصية
التطبيق مخصص لأفراد عائلة الحجاج فقط، ولا يُتاح للعموم. تسجيل الدخول عبر رقم الجوال مع التحقق برمز يُرسل عبر رسالة نصية. البيانات محمية بسياسات وصول صارمة على مستوى قاعدة البيانات.
■ للأطفال
التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال دون ١٣ عامًا، ولا يُسمح لهم بإنشاء حساب. بيانات الأطفال في الشجرة يُدخلها ولي الأمر فقط.
