Release: • Note any phrase — select any phrase (or span several verses at once), tap Note, and your reflection is pinned to those exact words. A subtle dotted underline shows where the note lives so you can always find it again. • Tap to edit — tap the noted text itself (or the small note icon beside it) to open the editor. Tapping anywhere else on the verse still brings up the tap toolbar for adding a new note or highlight. • Multi-verse notes stay as one — writing a note across verses 2 and 3 now behaves as a single note: one icon, one edit, one delete. Changes and deletions propagate to the whole note automatically — no more half-deleted notes lingering in the second verse. • Journal improvements — the Journal shows the quoted phrase alongside each note, so you can see what you were reflecting on without opening the verse. Multi-verse notes appear as a single card with the full quoted phrase, and search matches both the note text and the quoted phrase. • Undo-friendly — deleting a note, from the reader or the Journal, offers an Undo in case you change your mind. Everything is backwards compatible — older verse-level notes and whole-verse highlights carry over untouched.
