Your day. Your pace.
Kynso is a day-by-day planner and journal for people who want less noise, not more. Each day has its tasks and a note. Whatever you don't finish carries forward to tomorrow on its own, so nothing is lost and nothing nags.
TODAY, AT A GLANCE
- Add tasks in plain words: "Dentist Friday at 3pm" sets the day and time for you.
- Star what matters, add a time, a due date or a reminder.
- Break bigger tasks into subtasks.
- Unfinished tasks carry forward overnight. No red overdue list.
- Show early keeps a task out of sight until a few days before it's due.
A NOTE FOR EVERY DAY
- A rich text note beside your tasks, with headings, lists, highlights and extra pages.
- Start from a template, or copy an earlier day's note.
DAILY CHECKS
- A short list of small things for each day, like a walk or a glass of water.
- Choose which days each one is due. No streak pressure.
PROJECTS AND PLANNING
- Group tasks into projects and filter by them.
- The Planning Hub shows everything still open, ready to schedule with one tap.
- Repeating tasks with flexible rules.
LOOK BACK
- The Timeline shows what you did, day by day.
- Trends counts what happened in plain numbers. No scores, no badges.
ALWAYS AT HAND
- A Home Screen widget where you can tick off or start tasks without opening the app.
- Siri, the share sheet and quick actions.
- Gentle reminders and an optional morning briefing.
- Works offline and syncs when you're back.
YOURS
- Separate profiles, such as Work and Personal, each kept to itself.
- Paper or Modern style, light or dark, with a true black option.
- Try it without an account. Your data stays yours, with no third-party trackers.
KYNSO PRO
Unlimited profiles, projects, note templates and daily checks, audio memos and images in your notes, and every accent colour.
