What's New in 1.5 • News now lives in the app: open Settings and tap News, near the bottom, for the latest SeferAI updates, in your language where available. • Clearer answer language: the switch now reads "As asked | עברית". Ask in English, German, French, Russian or Ukrainian and the answer comes back in that language, or choose Hebrew. • Sources quoted from Sefaria's published German and French translations are now marked as such. • Every synthesis now carries a short note: it is written by AI, it does not necessarily reflect the views of the SeferAI team, and it is not a halakhic ruling. Please check it against the primary texts.

New: SeferAI on Apple Watch, mindmaps and study guides for every answer, and sharper search that finds the right Jewish sources far more often.

• Ask a follow-up: build on any answer with a new question, and the answer keeps the earlier one in mind (Premium and Ultra). • Share answers as a link, public or private, to Messages, Mail, Reddit, Substack and more. • Flashcards and quizzes for any answer, to print or share (Ultra). • "Where we are this week": the parashah, daf and Jewish calendar on the home screen. • Light and dark appearance. • Fixes: the timer now stops correctly if you leave the app while an answer is being written, and the keyboard closes when you search.

• Choose light or dark mode in Settings, or follow your phone. • Buttons and links now use SeferAI's own blue, tuned for dark mode. • Podcasts listed under an answer now show their titles instead of "Untitled Episode". • Source lists are readable again: each reference now sits on its own line with its own link, instead of running together. • "Open in SeferAI" on an episode page, and the links in our emails, now open the episode straight in the app. • New Liturgy option under Sources. Siddurim, machzorim and selichot are off by default; switch them on when your question is about the prayers themselves. • The "Continue with Google" button is readable again in dark mode. • The subscription screen now lists only features that exist today. Every answer is also drawn from a larger library: 3.8 million passages in English and Hebrew.

This is a bug-fix release. Nothing new requires review of a new feature, purchase or permission. Changes: 1. Background audio (UIBackgroundModes: audio). Podcast episodes are spoken-word audio the user starts; playback now continues when the screen locks or the app is backgrounded, with Lock Screen / Control Center controls. To test: sign in, open the Podcasts tab, play any episode, lock the device - audio continues and can be paused from the Lock Screen. 2. Sign-in session fix: the app now refreshes its authentication token for every request. Before, after about an hour, some account actions (voice selection, subscription status, account deletion) could fail. 3. Links in our notification emails can open the episode in the app.

What's New in 1.1 Voices • Pick the narrator for your podcasts from the voice menu, shown wherever you create one. • Ultra-Premium members can choose two hosts who discuss the sources in conversation. Library • A new Public Library switch in the Library tab: read syntheses other people have shared and play their podcasts, with or without an account. • Share any of your own podcasts to the public library when you create it. • Swipe a podcast right to make it public or private and to share it, left to delete, the same gestures as the Library tab. Links • Links in your "podcast is ready" email now open directly in the app. Subscription • The Premium screen shows your plan and this month's narration allowance, with the reset date. • Clearer messages when a feature needs a higher plan or the allowance is used up. Fixes • Long answers no longer stop mid-thought. • Questions asked without an account are published to the public library, and the app now says so before you ask. • The free trial button responds on the first tap.
