Trackist is a training diary built for competitive track-and-field athletes. Generic running apps are great for GPS runs. Trackist is built for the way track athletes actually train: reps, sets, recoveries, splits, race results, strength sessions, and the small notes that make a season make sense. Structured sessions can include flat reps, hurdle reps, steeple reps, active recoveries, and optional signals such as RPE, feeling, weather, surface, and session feel. REVIEW YOUR DIARY AS IT EVOLVES The Review tab gives you a Daily Review of what your diary shows today. Every time you log a session, Trackist can also update “Your week so far,” helping you understand how the current week is taking shape from the training you actually recorded. TRACK RECORDS WITHOUT TURNING TRAINING INTO A SCORE Trackist keeps race PBs and workout records in one place. See your fastest reps and races, compare season and all-time records, and view a signature curve across the distances you actually run.
