It's the end of the week. You realise Saturday morning is wide open - no plans, no parties, nothing. So you start the scramble: firing off messages, checking group chats, texting three different parents hoping someone's around. You feel awkward asking so last-minute, it's a load more admin on your plate, and you're not even sure anyone will be free.
Who's Free? fixes this with one simple idea: post when your family is available, and see when your friends are too. That's the whole app.
HOW IT WORKS
Sign up, list your family, and invite friends you know. It takes under two minutes to get set up.
When you're free, post it - pick a date, add an optional time window and a note about what you're up to. Your friends see it on their feed the moment you post. When they post, you see it on yours.
No chasing replies. No coordinating. Just a quick glance at who's around.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
Group chats weren't designed for this. Messages get buried, replies come too late, and nobody can see at a glance who's actually free. Who's Free? replaces all of that with a single, clear feed.
• See a live feed of friends who are free
• Post availability in seconds, not minutes
• Show which of your children are available
• Invite friends with a single tap
• Real-time updates - no refreshing needed
It does one thing, and does it well. No threads to scroll, no messages to chase.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
This isn't a social network. There are no public profiles and no strangers. You choose who to connect with, and only approved friends see your availability. You control whether others can find you by email or phone.
Your family's information stays within your circle.
MADE FOR THE REAL WORLD
We know you're managing a mountain of life admin. Who's Free? is deliberately lightweight - open it, see who's free, and get on with your day.
Free to download. No ads. No in-app purchases.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
- Inviting friends now has its own step when you set up the app, with one button that opens your usual share options. If you already know someone on Who's Free?, you can still find them through your contacts or search by name, email or phone.
- The invite message your friends get now explains what Who's Free? is and how it works, so they know what they're signing up for.
- What you see at the end of setup now depends on whether you've connected with anyone yet. If you haven't, you get a quick chance to send an invite before you start.
- When your feed or friends list is empty, "Invite friends" is now the main button, and searching for friends sits just below it.
- If you haven't connected with anyone yet, we'll send you up to two gentle notifications in your first few days. If someone has sent you a friend request, tapping the notification takes you straight to it.
