Fairer photo credits We've changed when photo and video credits are used. A credit is now only taken once your photo or video has actually uploaded. That means: • Opening the camera or photo library and then cancelling no longer uses a credit • If an upload fails, your credit is returned automatically • Swapping a photo for a better one doesn't cost an extra credit You can see every credit used or added in Settings → Credit History. Thank you to everyone who sent us feedback. It really does shape what we build.

Fixed email links not opening the app - tapping a link from an email (like "Start a triage") now takes you straight into the app instead of showing an error. Improved the reliability of links shared to your device. Bug fixes and performance improvements.

Interactive vet map — emergency vet searches now show all results on a Google Map with colour-coded pins. Teal for emergency & 24-hour vets, amber for local daytime practices, blue for your location. Tap any pin — a detail card slides up showing the vet's name, address, rating, distance, and buttons to call or visit their website directly. Smart sections — results are split into "Emergency & 24-hour vets" and "Local vets that may help" with clear guidance on when to call each. More results — your initial vet results are now combined with AI-verified results, giving you more options with accurate distances and ratings. Triage history maps — revisit any past emergency search and see the full map with all vets found, your search location marked, and the same tap-for-details on every pin. Location confirmation — confirm or change your location before every search to ensure results are relevant to where you actually are. What's new in v2.4.0: Emergency Vet Finder Upgrade: Completely rebuilt emergency vet search using AI-powered results. Finds out-of-hours and 24-hour vets within 50 miles of your location, sorted by distance with miles shown for each result. Smart Emergency Buttons: When your pet triggers a red flag, the app now adapts. If your pet has an assigned vet and it's during surgery hours, you'll see a one-tap call button for your vet plus an option to search for emergency vets. Outside hours, emergency search takes priority. Emergency Triage Logging: Red flag events are now recorded in your triage history, including which flags were triggered and the emergency vets you were shown - so you can find those numbers again later without re-searching. Request Vet Records: The "Request records from your vet" button on the Health Passport is now more prominent, and if your pet has an assigned vet their details are pre-filled automatically. Improved photo analysis for iPhone users. This update fixes an issue where photos taken on newer iPhones (in HEIC format) weren't being fully analysed during triage. Your gum and wound photos are now properly read by our AI alongside your symptom answers, giving you richer, more accurate assessments.
