Food checks warn about them, and the vet report and the sitter page include them. Tell the assistant "she is allergic to chicken" and it adds it • A link for the pet sitter: meals and doses for the days you are away, no account needed • Possible FDA recalls are flagged on the foods you keep • Every award is a new medal with the day it was earned engraved on the back. Share it as a story video, and catch one-day holiday editions, starting with World Animal Day on October 4 Fixes and improvements: leaving a family and keeping nothing no longer crashes the app, joining a family shows the pets loading instead of a frozen screen, dates and weekdays follow the app's language, button labels fit on one line, the chat no longer repeats which pet it is talking about, and lab results have a scan button. Also: a one-time dose ends on its day, marking a dose as given clears the overdue card on Home, and sync between family phones is faster.

The assistant has read your pet's file. • Ask about a symptom and the answer accounts for the weight curve, what was eaten and when, the stool log, current medications and every vet visit on file — and it says plainly when the thing to do is call a vet • It remembers your earlier conversations, so you are not explaining your pet from scratch every time • It knows today: what was eaten, which doses were given and which were not, water, walks • It knows what is coming: the next vaccination date, what is left in the bag, a food change already under way • Still one sentence to log anything: "bought two 12 kg bags", "ate half of dinner, gave the pill", "weighed her, 12.4 kg", and one tap to take it back • Photograph the discharge summary and the medications, the doses and the recheck schedule themselves. A subscriber no longer starts the app as a free user, logged grams match the calorie goal, the app opens on your family's data instead of a spinner, and the evening round reaches the other phone.

Doses given with a meal become checkboxes right where you log the meal, and one reminder per meal replaces two • Faster launch, fewer duplicate reminders, and a pile of fixes

What changed Food Label Scanning (AI Analysis) - The scanner now extracts expiration dates from labels. If no date is visible on the packaging, AI estimates typical shelf life based on food type (dry 12-18 months, wet 24-36 months, etc.). The expiration field is never left empty after analysis. - AI now reads the feeding guidelines table from the package (recommended daily amounts by weight) and the package weight (e.g., 400g can). - When calories are not listed on the label, AI estimates them based on the feeding guidelines and food type instead of leaving the field blank. Feeding Plan Calculation - Manufacturer recommendations are now used as a portion cap — the app won't suggest more than what the package recommends (e.g., for wet food: 1 can/day means 1 can/day, no more). - Recommendation scaling uses metabolic weight (weight^0.75) instead of linear proportion — more accurate for small and large breeds. - Wet food portions are rounded to the nearest half-can (0.5, 1, 1.5 cans) rather than being truncated down. - Protection against bad AI data: calorie density is clamped to the 30-600 kcal/100g range. New "How We Calculate" Screen - An (i) "How we calculate" button on feeding plan screens — explains the RER formula, multipliers (age, activity, neutering status), manufacturer guideline caps, treat limits, and a disclaimer to consult a veterinarian. Tests - 6 new tests covering portion capping, metabolic scaling, can rounding, and calorie sanitization.
