Our private full-spectrum infrared sauna rooms combine modern technology with proven heat therapy traditions to help improve circulation, ease muscle tension, promote detoxification, and support relaxation. For a more comprehensive recovery experience, our contrast therapy suites feature infrared saunas, invigorating cold plunges, and private showers—all within your own dedicated space. This powerful hot-and-cold ritual is designed to reduce inflammation, accelerate muscle recovery, sharpen mental clarity, and regulate the nervous system.
Coming soon, red light therapy will further enhance your results. Using targeted wavelengths of light to stimulate cellular energy production, red light therapy supports collagen production, skin health, reduced inflammation, and improved muscle repair—making it a powerful complement to heat and contrast therapy.
