Smart Invoice Reminder Sequences Overdue invoices now follow an automated cadence — Day 0, 3, 7, and 14. Each reminder is AI-drafted with tone that escalates based on the client's payment history. Review and approve before it sends, trigger any reminder manually at any time, and see the full history per invoice. Gantt: Drag-to-Reschedule & Critical Path Drag task bars to move or resize them directly on the timeline. Dependencies are enforced during drag. The critical path is automatically calculated and highlighted so you can see exactly which tasks will delay your project if they slip. Generate Tasks from Estimates Convert estimate line items into project tasks in one click. Choose a direct mapping or let AI break each line item into subtasks with realistic time estimates. Import Tasks, Bugs & Risks Populate your projects in bulk via CSV or Markdown paste. Tasks support full hierarchy — include a parent_title column and sub-tasks are wired up automatically. Bugs and risks have their own CSV format. A preview dialog shows parsed rows with validation warnings before anything is inserted, and the whole import runs in a single transaction so nothing is half-saved. iCloud Sync Enable iCloud in Settings → Storage to sync your database across your Macs automatically, with safe write coordination to prevent conflicts. Custom Task Statuses Define your own statuses, labels, and colors in Settings → Tasks. They appear everywhere — Kanban columns, Gantt bars, and status badges. Pomodoro Timer A Pomodoro timer is now built into Time Tracking with configurable work/break durations and system notifications. The app stays active during timers and won't be suspended by macOS App Nap. Backup as ZIP Backups now include your project files alongside the database in a single ZIP. Legacy .db backups can still be restored. Payments This Month The Dashboard now shows a Payments This Month card with a per-invoice breakdown of everything collected in the current month.
