Finding who wrote a song, which identifiers are assigned to a recording, or how rights holders connect to works usually means searching several sources by hand. Credits.fm brings that data together in one place. Search any music identifier and see the credits behind it — free, with no account required. LOOK UP ANY IDENTIFIER • ISRC (International Standard Recording Code) — a specific sound recording. Song title, artists, songwriter names and roles, publisher chains, the linked ISWC, album, duration, and links to listen on Spotify and Apple Music. • ISWC (International Standard Musical Work Code) — the underlying composition. Title, alternative titles, every recording of the work, and songwriter credits with IPI codes. • IPI (Interested Parties Information) — a songwriter or publisher. Their works, recordings, co-writers, publishers, and linked ISNI. • ISNI (International Standard Name Identifier) — a creative contributor across music, books, film and academia. Name variants, roles, and cross-references to other identity systems. • UPC (Universal Product Code) — an album release. Album title, label, and every song on it with its ISRC. • Musician — the real person behind the music. Songwriter and performer credits, group memberships, discography, IPI and ISNI codes.
