1. Create a box entry — manually or by scanning an NFC tag
2. Add photos, voice memos, and written descriptions of the contents
3. Stick an NFC tag on the box (optional)
4. Scan the tag anytime to pull up exactly what's inside
KEY FEATURES
• NFC Tag Scanning — Tap your phone to a tagged box and instantly see its contents. Works with inexpensive NTAG215 stickers.
• Photos with OCR — Take photos of items or labels. Tapbox NFC can extract text from your photos automatically.
• Voice Memos — Record multiple voice memos per box. Each is automatically transcribed and made searchable, with friendly timestamps so you know when each was recorded.
• Smart Search — Find any item across all your boxes by searching descriptions, transcripts, locations, and labels.
• Location Tagging — Track where each box is stored (garage, attic, basement) with autocomplete.
• Data Export — Export everything as a ZIP file with all your photos, recordings, and metadata. Your data is always yours.
• Works Offline — No account required. No internet needed. Everything stays on your device.
