A ledger that is never uploaded to us. No account — every record stays on your devices and in your own iCloud.
Other trackers are racing to see whose AI is smarter. The price is your statements on someone's cloud. Cenno goes the other way: everything is computed on device, and it works fine in airplane mode. Privacy here isn't a promise, it's the architecture.
【Three lines we won't cross】
· No account, nothing uploaded to us. Nothing to sign up for. Your ledger only travels between your devices and your own iCloud, so there is nothing for us to see.
· Export is free forever. The data is yours; leaving Cenno should never cost money.

【Budget and net worth】
- The whole budget feature is free: monthly total, per-category, unused amounts rolling into next month, daily allowance
- Overspending is marked in cinnabar, with a suggested increase for next month
- Net worth = assets − liabilities; credit limits, statement and due-date reminders
- No bank connection: balance = your starting number + every record. "Reconcile" squares it up in one tap
- Refunds and reimbursements are free: a settlement offsets the original expense instead of counting as income, so your categories always show what you truly spent
【Deleting removes the container, never the data】
Delete a category and its history moves somewhere you choose. Delete an account and its activity and balance move across, leaving net worth unchanged. Deleted records sit in Recently Deleted for 30 days.
【Piggy bank】
Order a pretend takeaway, then log what you saved by not ordering. Zero real money moves: no charge, no transfer, no account touched.
【Check-ins and badges】
Logging a record counts as a check-in. The home screen shows your streak and the week; nine badges pop up the moment they unlock. The share card carries the streak and badges only — never an amount.
【Cenno Pro】
The free tier is the complete tracking loop, with no cap on records. Pro unlocks six things: statement import, multiple ledgers, advanced reports, recurring records, reimbursements, and themes/widgets.

2.0.2 is all about subscriptions and purchases:
· The days after a failed renewal charge (the App Store grace period) no longer count as expired — Pro keeps working
· Subscription status now says exactly one true thing: renewing on a date, cancelled and running until a date, or a payment that didn't go through. Dates include the year
· New "Manage subscription" entry in Settings — changes and cancellation happen in the App Store; the app never does it for you
· Restoring a purchase is much faster, and it tells you which of three things happened: restored, nothing on this account, or it failed
· When the App Store can't give us a price, the buy button stays off instead of failing after you tap it; a cold launch shows the last known price right away
The lifetime purchase and the subscription are separate purchases: refunding one does not affect the other. Tracking, budgets and export remain free.
