Point your device's camera at the date, take a photo of the product, and you're done. RiScan handles the rest, notifying you when something is getting close to expiring so you have time to use it. It works especially well for: - People who want to reduce food waste and get full value out of what they buy - Families stocking emergency supplies like first aid kits or canned goods that need to stay valid - Anyone who wants to keep a better handle on what's in the fridge or pantry HOW IT WORKS Step 1 — Point your camera at the expiry date on the product. RiScan reads it automatically, so no typing dates in by hand required*. It supports over 70 date formats, including ambiguous ones like "28.3.27". Step 2 — Take a photo of the product itself. That way you always know exactly which date refers to which product. Step 3 — That's it! RiScan will send you a notification when the expiry date is approaching, giving you enough time to actually use the item rather than throw it away. YOUR DATA Everything is stored privately on your device. iCloud backup and sync is supported, so your data is safe and accessible across your devices.
