Echo Phase is a scheduling and class-pack manager built for recurring lessons and prepaid sessions. It fits piano, swimming, dance, tutoring, personal training, language learning, and other pay-per-session routines. Create courses for different people, generate sessions automatically with daily, weekly, monthly, or custom rules, and quickly see today’s classes, the next session, completed units, remaining balance, and cost details.
When plans change, Echo Phase helps you adjust fast. Check in today’s class, cancel it, postpone it, or add an extra session. The app also supports auto check-in, cancellation policies, expiry reminders, pause periods, renewals, withdrawals, and recycle-bin recovery, so your records stay accurate with less manual work.
Beyond daily scheduling, Echo Phase includes timetable and statistics views so you can track completion rate, cancellation trends, estimated finish date, and spending by course or by person. You can also use reminders, widgets, JSON backup import/export, CSV statistics export, and optional iCloud and system calendar sync to keep your course planning organized and reliable.
