Echo Phase is a course management tool focused on session tracking and automatic deduction, designed for piano, swimming, dance, personal training, language classes, tutoring, and more. It supports session packs such as single-use, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans.
• Supports Learning Mode and Teaching Mode. Learning Mode is designed for yourself and your family, with conflict checks performed by person. Teaching Mode helps you create and manage courses for multiple students, with conflict checks across everyone's schedules.
• Create separate courses for each student, with sessions generated automatically by day, week, month, or custom rules, and view today's classes, the next session, completed sessions, and remaining sessions at a glance.
• Handle check-ins, cancellations, rescheduling, make-up lessons, auto check-ins, cancellation rules, due-date reminders, pause ranges, renewals, withdrawals, and recycle-bin restore to reduce manual work and missed sessions.
• Use timetable and analytics views to review completion rate, cancellation trends, estimated graduation time, and fee income/expense, with support for notifications, widgets, JSON backup import/export, CSV reports, iCloud sync, and system calendar integration.
