Whiteboards A new Whiteboard tab for thinking visually. Draw with pen and highlighter, build flowcharts from real shapes with connectors that follow the boxes as you move them, or start from a mind-map preset. Snap-to-grid, alignment guides, and align/distribute keep diagrams tidy. Set a background photo per page, and each page remembers its own zoom and position. Import and export Mermaid diagrams. Day Canvas Every day in the planner now has a sketchboard. Jot a diagram or a handwritten note on a day, and the month view marks the days that have one. A day's canvas picks up that day's background photo. New home-screen widgets put Day Canvas and your calendar day one tap away. Requirements and bug tracking Track requirements as a first-class task type with Req-n keys, satisfies relations, and a traceability view showing coverage and linkage. Turn bug tracking on per project. Extract requirements from a document with AI, or import them from CSV. Trip planning Flights now create real airport stops, so a flight day is anchored where you land instead of at a vague city marker, and city names resolve to the primary airport. The day optimizer shows departure and arrival times, total drive miles, and time per stop; it handles meals properly, including a meal pinned mid-drive and finding a place for one. Lodging supports dropping bags mid-day. Pinch to resize text on the itinerary and trip sheets, and expand the map to full screen. Plus a long list of improvements to trip editing, drag-and-drop, and day handling.

Reminders now work across all your devices — set one on your Mac and it arrives on your iPhone, and vice versa. Task due dates, event alerts and recurring reminders all included, and they now appear in your in-app Notifications list too. New in Settings → Notifications: choose exactly which kinds of notifications can interrupt you, with a Pause All switch for quiet time. Reminder titles and template names can now be 40 characters.

Repeating tasks • Set a task to repeat — daily, weekly, monthly, or every two weeks — and it rolls forward as you complete it. Reminders do the same. Planning trips with AI • Describe your trip in your own words: several destinations, exact dates, and the bookings you've already made. • Unfinished trip plans now appear on your Projects list, so you can pick up where you left off — or discard them. • Pick trip dates by dragging across a single calendar, single-day included. Notes and tasks together • Create a note from a task, or a task from a note, and they link automatically. A quick-create field captures it now, details later. Importing from other tools • CSV import brings across hierarchy, issue type, completion and comments, and converts Jira formatting to Markdown. Fixes • Photo uploads to a trip album survive screen locks and resume on their own. • Fixed a crash when contributing very large photo batches.
