One trip, many cities A trip through several cities is now a single trip with every city in it. Create it from New Trip and see the route on a map with each city's flag, add or change cities anytime in the trip's settings, and an empty day offers ideas from its own city. Also new - Amazing places: click into Someday's search to discover six breathtaking places around the world, each with a photo. Click Shuffle for more - Someday now groups your places by country, flag first, in the list and on the Wall. Click a country to jump straight to it. Places you add to a trip stay in Someday, and once you've been there, it asks whether to remove them - Flights, trains, hotels, tickets and tours have a spot for their confirmation code. Trovelo fills it in from the ticket or booking you add, and your AI assistant can read and fill it too - Add can search a whole country for day trips beyond the city, and finds the landmark, not the street named after it - Notes now come in five colors - Flight, train and rental details now show their notes - Guide days follow a smarter route, with no doubling back - Plus bug fixes and performance improvements

A smarter Add Adding a card now works like on the iPhone: type, and places from Apple Maps, your Someday and ideas from the catalog appear in a list beside a map, with the day's stops numbered. One click adds the card and the panel stays open for the next one. Type a flight or a train and its form opens filled in. The trip map searches the same way. Also new - Packing comes to the Mac, as the fourth tab of every trip, with the weather at each stop - Click a weather card to open that day: when it usually rains, the warmest hours, sunset, and on a wet day an indoor plan from Unplanned - At the foot of every column, two new buttons: log an expense or write a yellow note, with files if you like - Fourteen new kinds of card, from Castle, Ruins and Winery to Boat Trip, Ski, Work and Friends & Family - Right-click the trip map to mark a place Apple Maps doesn't know - AI Assistants walks you through the setup one step at a time, and tells you when your assistant is connected - Expenses no longer counts cards still in Unplanned; what they would add shows under the total - If your iCloud fills up, Trovelo now tells you, with the steps to make room. Someday Some places you find long before you know when you'll go. Someday comes to the Mac as a wall of photos beside the map: search a place, or paste a list someone sent you — or a maps link — and Trovelo fills in the rest. Filter by country, then pick the ones you want and deal them out across the days of a new trip. Your travel life My Spots opens onto your travel life. Unfold the panel and it hands you the countries you have been to as a medal, the years you traveled them, and every place inside each one — built from the same pieces as the iPhone, so the two screens read alike. At home on macOS 27 Cards carry their own dark grays now that the system merged the ones they used to borrow, and menu choices are marked with toggles now that menus no longer show their icons. Smaller things - Resting the pointer on a day's pill on the map shows that day's date - The board scrolls without redrawing itself, and a long layover title fits - An assistant connected through Connect with Claude can pin and unpin places on My Spots - A boarding pass photo reads correctly when the passport zone is printed in lower case

Plan a trip together from your Mac, and keep every travel document in one place. NEW • Share trip: invite people by the address they use for iCloud, choose who can edit and who can only view, and open the trips others share with you. • Documents comes to the Mac: passports, IDs and licenses in one library, with the details read off the page and a warning when something expires before the trip ends. • A flag stamp for every country you've visited, right on the My Spots map. • Click a pin and the map shows the same card as the board. IMPROVED Every sheet now closes on the left and confirms on the right, the same everywhere. The forecast speaks the language your Mac is set to. FIXED Optimized for macOS 27, plus bug fixes and performance improvements.

The weather joins the board, and the trip toolbar finally reads the same on every tab. NEW • Every day column can open with its weather: the usual low-to-high range for that day's city, on one scale the whole trip shares. Turn it on with ⇧⌘W. • One View button now holds the board and map options, so the toolbar is the same wherever you are. ⌥⌘1 and ⌥⌘2 switch the card size. • Open a guide and see the postcard and the full itinerary side by side — nothing to unfold. • Trains, buses, cruises, car rentals and event tickets now have cards of their own, drawn on the map. • Five new languages: Dutch, Traditional Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese, Swedish and Danish. IMPROVED Empty day columns name the day instead of repeating the same advice. The card size is now Normal and Compact. Cards sit properly on the column in dark mode. A far-off trip counts down in months. FIXED Trips no longer shift a day in the far eastern time zones, round-trip tickets keep every leg, and Optimize no longer starts the day at a hotel you haven't reached yet.

• Past Trips is now a travel history browser: search inside your cards ("ramen" finds the trip you ate it on), grouped by year with what each one cost, and pick any trip for a recap with its map and its spending. • Repeat a trip on new dates: same length, same plan, cards unticked, without last time's flights or expenses. • Your mouse now moves the board: Shift + wheel scrolls it sideways, the arrow keys jump from column to column, and the scrollbar is back. • Import a list onto any day from the column's ⋯ menu, with the same automatic sorting as on iPhone. • Bug fixes and performance improvements.

• Flights with connections are now a single card, showing each leg and the layover between them — and dropping a connecting ticket on the board creates one flight with its stops. • New Traveler Ranks in My Spots: 13 medals you unlock as you mark countries, sized for the desktop. • Every new trip now starts and ends at your front door — set your Home Base in Settings. • You can now turn off the automatic photo search for cards in Settings ▸ Trips. • Text and translation fixes across all 8 languages.

Performance improvements and bug fixes.

- Choose how you get from stop to stop: walking, driving, or public transit — just tap the minutes chip between two cards. - New "Automatic" mode (the default): the app keeps picking for you based on distance, same as before. - The trip map draws each leg according to its chosen mode, with real public-transit times where Apple has data. - If public transit isn't available in the area, the leg automatically falls back to the distance-based estimate. - New setting to show or hide completed cards on the trip map — routes automatically re-connect around hidden stops. - Upgraded currency engine with support for many more currencies and fresher exchange rates.

Seconds later it is on your iPhone, like any trip you made yourself. With Trovelo Pro, Claude can now: - Build complete trips from a single sentence - Add restaurants, bookings and ideas to any day - Reorder your days and answer "how much have I spent so far?" You watch it all happen live in the app Setup takes about a minute: Settings -> Claude -> Connect, restart Claude, done. Works with the Claude desktop app and Claude Code. (You will need your own Claude account - any plan.) And because Trovelo is private by design: this connection runs 100% on your Mac, is off by default, and Trovelo still has no servers and never sees your data. What Claude reads belongs to your Claude conversation, handled by Anthropic under their privacy policy and one switch cuts access instantly. For the curious: it is a built-in local MCP server. For everyone else: it just works.
