Spending $9.99 and not getting the expected results is absolutely not what we want, and we take this seriously.Please make sure Calmia has camera permission enabled, as the scan requires camera access to work properly. You can check this in your device settings.Also, just to clarify, Calmia does not rely on Apple Health to work. Connecting Apple Health can improve the experience, but it is completely optional. The scan itself is completed through our AI face-scan system, and your health risk indicators can be found in the System VitalityInsights section on the home page after a successful scan.That said, if the app kept asking you to try again later, something clearly didn’t work as intended.
