Turn your thoughts into a plan for today.
Tbox brings quick notes, your top 3 priorities, a visual timebox planner, and focus records into one daily workspace.
CAPTURE, CHOOSE, AND PLAN
• Collect ideas in an ongoing thought list, without choosing a date first.
• Pick your top 3 priorities and place them on your timetable.
• Drag tasks, adjust their duration, and undo an edit when plans change.
• Keep recurring tasks close and find saved days through the calendar.
SEE PLANNED AND ACTUAL TIME
• Use the focus timer for the task in front of you.
• Record time spent and compare your plan with what you did in PLAN·DO.
• Revisit previous days and reuse the details you need.
KEEP YOUR DAY CLOSE
• Check schedules and priorities with Home Screen widgets.
• See upcoming plans through Live Activities and schedule notifications.
• On supported iOS versions, capture thoughts through widgets and Shortcuts.
START ON YOUR OWN DEVICE
Basic plans are stored on your device without creating a Tbox account. Connect your personal iCloud or Google Drive when you choose to sync. Make the planner yours with fonts, colors, time ranges, and spacing. The app supports 7 languages.
TBOX PRO
Core planning is free. Some advanced features require Tbox Pro. New Tbox Pro purchases provide lifetime access with one payment and no recurring billing. Check the purchase screen and store for current prices and included features. Restoring purchases depends on the supported conditions of the same store account.
Automatic Live Activity updates require a network connection and a supported device. Operating system restrictions may delay updates or end the activity.
