Tasks • A new Tasks tab brings follow-ups, Marshal suggestions and coaching to-dos into one place. Accept or dismiss a suggestion, filter by priority or assignee, and place a task straight onto the schedule. Swing video and annotations • Ghost annotations and saved markers now freeze playback consistently, and pins stay anchored to the frame you drew them on. • The filmstrip re-measures correctly when you swap clips in a comparison. • "Start fresh" now properly clears a library video's annotations. Scheduling and booking • Dates and times now follow the facility's timezone throughout, fixing shifted hours and off-by-one days for anyone working outside the facility's region. • Coaches can open one-off availability from mobile. • Staff can book members-only services for a non-member client. Where it isn't allowed the reason is shown rather than the option quietly hidden. • Rescheduling recalculates coverage, so a held allotment stays included instead of falling back to a price. Coaching notes • Photo capture no longer strands you on the viewfinder, and the notes stream refreshes as soon as a capture publishes. Memberships • Unlimited allotments now display correctly on the client home membership card. Videos recorded in the app are now automatically compressed before uploading. This reduces upload times by up to 80% on slower connections — particularly helpful when recording swing videos in the field. Quality is maintained at 720p/30fps, which is ideal for playback and annotation. The compression happens in the background between recording and upload, so your workflow is unchanged.

Take photos right from the recording flow — tap the new Photo chip above the shutter to switch between video and photo modes. Photo annotation Mark up captured photos with the same drawing tools you use on swing video — arrows, lines, circles, angles, and more, with undo/redo. Share without the library When you share a photo (or video) with a specific player, you can now keep it OUT of the facility-wide library. Great for client- specific shots like grip, posture, or setup notes. Photo drafts Captured a photo but not ready to commit? Save as a draft and come back later — your annotations stay on this device until you finish. Plus: faster uploads (photos are now resized for sharing automatically) and a handful of fixes around the recording and library flows.

Coaches: AI swing analysis is here. Tap "AI" on any recorded swing for instant annotation ideas — accept what fits your player, dismiss the rest. We also rebuilt the capture flow: shoot inside the app with framing guides and flash, or import an existing clip from Photos. Plus quicker compare-mode swaps and a cleaner annotation surface.
