Do not send the product back without prior approval. We may request photos or videos as proof. After review, we will inform you whether the product qualifies for replacement or refund. Replacement If a manufacturing defect or shipping damage is confirmed, we will do our best to replace the product with an identical or equivalent item. Replacement is the fastest resolution for eligible cases. Refund If a replacement is unavailable and a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If delayed, first contact your bank, then reach out to us at Info@Xmart.me if the delay exceeds 30 business days. Shipping Costs • The customer bears the full return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed. • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. • If original shipping was free, the return cost will be deducted from the refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, store credit or a voucher may be issued upon return approval.
