We’ve improved app stability and reliability, fixed issues affecting eSIM management, and made updates load more smoothly so fixes and improvements can go live faster.

Free eSIM abuse protection is much stronger. Device IDs now persist across app reinstalls on iOS, closing the loophole where deleting/reinstalling the app could make the same phone look new. The newest commit also fails safely if device identity can’t be verified and checks device eligibility earlier. The in-app AI support assistant got a major upgrade. It can now look up a signed-in customer’s own eSIMs, see order/eSIM status, automatically create support tickets, log conversations to the admin support inbox, and has rate limiting/security filtering.

App improvements

Free eSIM offers now show the right amount of data. Destinations that include 1 GB were showing 500 MB everywhere in the app — you'll now see what you actually get, and we pick the most generous plan for each country. Checkout now opens in a secure system browser, so bank and 3D Secure verification pages work reliably and you can always see the real site you're paying on. Sign-in is more secure. Your session is stored in the device keychain, and sign-in links use a stronger one-time exchange. Clearer sign-up errors. If your email address can't be used, we now say so in plain language instead of showing a database error. Easier eSIM installation. Activation details are laid out more clearly on the install screens, and codes copied to your clipboard are marked sensitive so they don't sync elsewhere. Faster, more reliable order processing after payment, plus assorted fixes and stability improvements.
