Issuers and addresses The app now reliably recognises company names: legal suffixes like "GmbH & Co. KG" are automatically simplified, brand name and legal entity correctly distinguished. Street, postcode and city are extracted directly from the letterhead and pre-filled when adding a new issuer. Amount formats Ten different amount formats are correctly normalised – from the German standard (1,236.00 €) to international formats (288.65) and supermarket label lines (ZU ZAHLEN, ALDI PREIS, SUMME €). Deposits and coupons are handled correctly. Category suggestions 20 categories are assigned precisely based on line item descriptions – not issuer name alone. Learned assignments appear first and are marked with an indicator. Invoice numbers Order numbers, customer numbers and project numbers are no longer mistaken for invoice numbers. Marketplace documents in old and new layouts are correctly distinguished. VAT §4 Nr.14 UStG documents (doctors, exempt veterinary services) are reliably detected.
