Experience a new Liquid Glass navigation bar on iOS 26, with refined navigation across earlier supported iOS versions. Enjoy faster loading, quicker synchronization, and improved responsiveness throughout the app. Explore a redesigned Home screen with a more visual, compact Today dashboard and clearer workout actions. Tap Week, Month, Year, or All Time to reveal weekly reviews, an interactive calendar, scrollable progress history, and yearly summaries. See training pace, streaks, completed sets, milestones, and workout progress more clearly. Enjoy cleaner and more consistent controls across Home and Coach. Saving a workout now properly finishes the session, stops active timers, and displays a clear Done state. Share progress more easily with improved Poster, Photo or Video, and Milestones screens. Save and Share controls are now centered, responsive, and easier to use. Enjoy refreshed GymCosmos themes—Classic, Blush, Autumn, Aurora, Evergreen, and Sunset—with richer backgrounds, stronger purple Aurora accents, and restored decorative glows. Sign in with Apple and Google using newly aligned, polished controls. Set multiple workout reminders and manage reminder times more easily. Apple Watch now uses less power when timers are inactive, clearly reflects completed workouts, and includes improved accessibility for set controls. Sign-in, account protection, subscription management, and data reliability have been strengthened. Includes wording corrections, accessibility improvements, layout refinements, and general stability fixes.

Coach now supports Simple and Advanced modes, so you can choose a focused workout flow or the full target-muscle view. Home has a cleaner Today experience with next milestone focus, training pace, weekly/monthly averages, and improved year-end workout projections. Share now includes milestone cards alongside poster and photo/video sharing. Added workout reminder improvements and Apple Watch companion sync updates.

Favorite exercises you love with a simple star, helping GymCosmos learn the training style you enjoy. Replace exercises you don’t want by swiping them away, with smart backup exercises ready when available. Clearer workout progress with the active exercise marked more neatly, so “Now” and favorites are easier to read. More accurate training history with a fix for saved workout days that were not always recorded correctly. Temporary 60-day history editing window so you can correct recent workout logs affected by the previous tracking issue. Rest days now display correctly in the calendar, with rest days shown as rest days instead of missed workouts. Better calendar visibility across themes, making completed, missed, rest, and current days easier to spot.
