Choose 30 min, 1 hour, or 8 hours. The countdown shows on screen. When time's up, the audio fades and stops — no alarm, no interruption.
BREATHING ORB
A slowly pulsing orb gives you something calming to focus on while you drift off. Tap it to pause or resume.
PRIVATE & OFFLINE
