Great for remote workers…

As someone who works from home often and sometimes struggles with anxiety, this app has been really helpful in reminding me to step away from the computer and check in on my mental state. I especially like the breathing exercises and have been doing them a few times every day. Definitely worth checking out if you work remotely!

This app is life changing! Very easy to navigate and use. It tracks your mood and reminds you to check in. I have a long and stressful work days so i often forget to take a breath and check in. I found this app very helpful! Now my energy and mood is much better at the end of work days!

New in v1.7: Mood patterns: discover your best day of the week, your best time of day, and which coping tools help most. Patterns unlock after 7 days of check-ins. Crisis support : when Calma detects you may be in distress, it shows the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and Crisis Text Line instead of regular coping tips. Detection runs on your device, your notes stay private. Lock Screen widget: add Calma to your Lock Screen to see your mood streak at a glance. Share card themes now remembered across sessions. "Delete All Data" clears everything completely. Bug fixes and performance improvements.
