Sheltr gives you full control over Home Front Command alerts, without making you dig through complicated settings.
Choose which alerts you want, pick from 47 notification sounds, adjust urgency and volume, and decide how each alert should behave. On iOS, critical alerts can bypass silent mode and Do Not Disturb. The whole experience is designed to stay simple, clear, and fast — even under stress.
Use GPS that just works, or follow only the places that matter to you. See a real-time nationwide alert map, view recent alert history, and find your nearest shelter from over 20,000 locations across Israel — verified shelters show address, type, capacity, and one-tap navigation. Sheltr also tells you when it is safe to leave the shelter.
Available in Hebrew, English, Russian, and Arabic, including city and area names.
Built with reliability, security, and privacy at its core. Raw location history is not stored on Sheltr servers. The service receives only the device-scoped notification metadata required for push delivery and registration, and uses Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics for anonymous usage and crash diagnostics.

Suppress Repeat Alerts
• New toggle: stop repeated "enter shelter" notifications when you're already sheltering
• Find it in Settings > Notifications > Enter Shelter
