Tetherd is a simple safety check-in app for people who live independently — seniors, solo travelers, and anyone who wants a little extra peace of mind for themselves or someone they love.
Set a check-in schedule that fits your day. When it's time, a single tap confirms you're OK. If you don't respond, Tetherd reminds you — and if you still haven't checked in, it tries to alert the emergency contacts you've chosen, so someone can check on you.

HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT IS
Tetherd is a best-effort reminder and check-in tool — not an emergency or medical service. Alerts work best while the app is running, and may be delayed or missed if your phone is off, offline, or the app is closed. Please don't rely on Tetherd as your only safety measure, and always call your local emergency number in a real emergency.
