Word Pizza is a free daily word puzzle game. Every day, a fresh pizza-shaped puzzle challenges you to build a chain of words from the tip to the crust.
HOW TO PLAY
Start with a 3-letter word, then build up — 4, 5, 6, and 7 letters. The catch: each word must start with the last letter of the previous word. Fill in the pepperoni letters and use your vocabulary to score as high as you can.
SCORE & CLIMB TIERS
Every letter earns points, with longer words worth bigger multipliers. Rare letters like Q and Z are worth more, and daily topping letters get a bonus boost. Earn your way from Burned to Toasty, Saved, Supreme, or the coveted Golden Slice.
DAILY CHALLENGE
One puzzle per day, the same for everyone. Compare your score on the global leaderboard and see how you stack up.
PIZZA PARTIES
Create a private leaderboard and challenge your friends. See who scored highest, nudge those who haven't played yet, and chat about the daily puzzle (spoiler-gated until you've both finished).

Two new ways to play!
- Hard Mode: no dead-end warnings, no hints. Turn it on in Settings if you dare.
- Clean Slice: finish with five words, five swings (no misses, no undos) to earn the new badge. Already earned some? Check your Stats. Past clean games count retroactively.
- Share your result as a picture: your score card now attaches when you share.
- Yesterday's Slice: see how yesterday's puzzle treated everyone when you open the app.
- Tap any badge on the leaderboard to see what it means.
- Faster, more reliable notifications, plus lots of small fixes including one for night owls whose games cross midnight.
