Built in a new feature that allows for multiple reads! Enjoy your favorite books over and over, while tracking in Read More!

Two new reminders, both quiet by design. If a book sits untouched for a few days, you'll get one nudge naming the page you left off on, and a tap opens the timer right there. If you read yesterday but haven't yet today, one evening reminder arrives before midnight so your streak stays alive. Each fires once, never daily, and both can be turned off under Settings → Notifications.

A calendar of your reading: every day you read shows the cover of what you were reading, with a year heat map and shareable month cards. Reading days now follow your time zone. Also: rate Read More from Settings, plus smaller patches.

Easily switch editions of a book if you end up on the wrong one. Also, better search grouping and ranking, a new feedback feature, a keyboard bug fix, and all the smaller polish.

New: a home-screen widget. See your current reads and progress at a glance, and jump straight into the app or your reading timer. Long-press your home screen, tap +, and search for Read More. Faster Google sign-in with the native account picker. Dark mode polish — search, timer, and headers are easier to read. Smoother sign-up and onboarding, plus stability fixes.

Half-star ratings (tap a star twice). Dark mode, with a Light/Dark/System setting. Reading goals in hours as well as books. A working Did Not Finish shelf. And you can export your whole library as a CSV from Settings — your books are yours. Plus fixes for silent save failures in Reading History and screens hanging on bad connections.

Bug fixes: shelves now load reliably, and a crash affecting the Shelves tab is fixed.

New recommendations right in your home screen and improved recommendations based on your reading/preferences.

Reading streaks are here, and everything counts: timer sessions, page updates, finished books. Your activity feed now shows all of it too. Profiles got reorganized around your reading, your public page and shelves are private until you turn them on, and book pages are cleaner with dates you can edit in place. Plus fixes for the back button, dark-mode date pickers, and the onboarding Instagram link.

Share what you're reading! - Reading recaps: Turn a month, a year, or your 5-star books into a collage. Now one tap away from Home, Shelves, and your Profile. - See it before you post it: Every share opens with a live preview of your card, and you can save it to Photos instead of posting right away. - Three shapes: Story (9:16), Post (4:5), and Square. Each is laid out for its own format and exports sharp at 1080px on any device. - Links that go somewhere: Shared images now carry a link, and each recap gets its own page on read-more.app. Book, shelf, and profile links open in the app if you have it installed. - Your profile is a page: Share your profile link from the Profile tab and people can see your reading, shelves, and recent activity on the web. You pick what shows up in Settings, under My Public Page. - Privacy controls: New toggles for your public profile and your reviews in Settings, under Privacy. - Also: profile layout fixes, cover images load more reliably in share cards, and cleaner type in the recap composer.

Search that keeps up with you. Results appear as you type, typos still find the right book, and you can scroll for as many results as you need. Popular books rise to the top — and you'll see how many Read More readers have each one on their shelves. Share your reading story. Turn your month, your year, or your five-star favorites into a beautiful share card — or save an Instagram-ready carousel straight to your Photos, one image per book. A warmer look. Refreshed typography and thoughtful details across every screen, from your shelves to your stats. Plus: your finished books now live on a single Read shelf, a simpler progress tracker on both Home and book pages, faster loading, more reliable sign-in, and lots of polish.

Share your current read to Instagram - Post a branded card of what you're reading with one tap. Notifications inbox - A new bell icon shows who liked your activity, commented, or started following you. Never miss a moment. Backdate finished books - Finally marking that book you read last week? Now you can pick the date you actually finished. A warmer, more beautiful look - Refreshed colors and a new serif font to match the joy of reading. Plus behind-the-scenes security improvements.
