■ Scanning a barcode starts the recording
Point the camera at the shipping label barcode and recording starts on its own. Pack the order, then show a QR sticker to stop it — the video uploads in the background. You never touch the screen with tape on your hands.
■ Linked to the order by tracking number
The tracking number read during recording is saved with the video. Once you add tracking to the order in your store, the video is linked to it, so you can find it later by tracking or order number.
■ One link for the buyer
When a buyer asks what arrived, send them the link to their parcel's video. They watch it in any browser — nothing to install. You can also print it as a QR code and put it in the box.
■ Return inspections, the same way
Show the return sticker before you open a returned parcel. Return videos are listed separately, so they never get mixed in with packing videos.
■ Evidence burned into the video
The recording time, tracking number, store name and device are drawn onto the video itself — so it is clear the footage was not assembled afterwards.
■ Voice confirmation, hands free
The app reads the tracking number aloud when recording starts, and confirms when it ends. You know it is recording without looking at the screen.

■ How to use it
1. Sign up for VuDrop in your store admin and get a device QR code
2. Scan that code with this app to register the device
3. Print the four QR stickers and keep them at your packing bench
4. Scan the label, pack the order, then show the done sticker
■ Before you start
· Camera permission is required. Aim the camera at the bench and the parcel, and handle notice and consent for recording staff at your workplace.
· Videos are deleted automatically once the retention period of your subscription ends.
· A phone stand and a charger are recommended for steady, uninterrupted recording.
· Available in English, Korean and Spanish. The app follows your device language.

[International labels]
· DHL, FedEx and UPS barcodes now scan far more reliably. Much higher scan resolution and more scans per second.
· The aiming box now matches the real scan area exactly. If the barcode fits in the box, it reads.
· Tracking numbers are extracted correctly from international labels. Routing and weight fields are no longer saved by mistake.
[At the packing bench]
· New flashlight button. Turn it on without leaving the screen when the bench is dark.
· New cancel button. Hold it to cancel a recording without reaching for a printed sticker.
· A quick start guide opens by itself the first time you run the app. Dismiss it and it only opens from the help button after that.
[Fixes]
· Signing a device out from the admin now returns the phone to the sign-in screen right away.
· Fixed the preview showing movement in the opposite direction.
