• PIC and SIC titles are now selectable: PIC, PIC instructor, examiner, or pilot. The same title prints on the flight assignment. • A duty can have only one PIC instructor. • Extra-crew rows no longer disappear after you pick a title and type the name. • On iPad the duty totals stay at the bottom when the keyboard is open.

• On iPhone Duo the open journal uses both inner screens: flights on the left, the duty on the right, split on the hinge. Closing the device keeps the usual phone layout. • Folding or unfolding no longer crashes the journal. • iCloud status is honest: you see whether sync is on, what “on this device only” means, where it stopped, and how to resume. • Scanned documents stay on this iPad. If iCloud is off or blocked, FlightLog no longer warns that the files are waiting in iCloud.

• Typing in a personal duty stays responsive. The logbook updates after a short pause instead of on every character. • Add a fuel line only when you need one. Plus adds fuel, minus writes it off. The line has a document number and a comment, counts toward fuel at start, and is printed in the assignment appendix. • The flight assignment and the journal appendix are now one PDF. • A duty opens as one workspace: the entry, preparation, and documents. Takeoff, landing, and briefing stay inside the duty and are marked In development. • Saving a duty no longer fails when the iCloud copy of the journal is not downloaded yet, or when the phone rejects a file-protection flag. The duty stays on the phone. If a save still cannot be written, the message includes the system reason.

• A sync status screen shows duties still only on this device, files that did not reach iCloud, conflicts, and the last save error. Open a duty from the list; retry the upload or the merge from the same screen. • Filters now include status: saved locally only, duty limit exceeded, no medical control, incomplete. • When another device changed a duty while this one still had un-uploaded edits, you can keep this device’s version or take the other one. The rejected copy is no longer dropped silently. • Roster “Merge past duties” is available for transliterations (Иванов / Ivanov), not only look-alike spellings. • You can encrypt the logbook database behind Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode (Settings → Security). Other devices still merge through a separate iCloud Keychain key. • On iPad the sidebar starts open, and hiding it stretches the duty across the window. On a wide detail column, times and crew sit side by side, two legs share a row, and the totals sit on one line. • A year-sized summary PDF is much faster. Live Activity and the Watch follow the language chosen in the app. The “Location required” alert appears only when AutoBlock is actually armed. • A duty created or deleted on another device shows up in an already-open logbook within a few seconds of iCloud delivering it, without leaving the list and coming back. • On iPad in portrait the sidebar stays over the list. The open duty keeps to the free strip, like on iPhone; the sidebar button hides the list and the duty stretches across the window.

• Empty times in the duty and on each leg show HH:MM until you set the clock. The date still follows the duty. If one duty block is already complete and another has no start or end, the duty total says that part is not counted. • The last change is saved before you leave the duty — times, legs, and documents write immediately, and typed text follows a moment later. • An interrupted load no longer drops the files already attached to a duty. • The first launch after an update no longer stays on the Face ID screen. The logbook opens as soon as you unlock. • The flight assignment is always in the document package. Send and Share include the journal, the assignment, and the scans together. The checkbox that used to add the assignment is gone.

• Offline duties stay on the phone — creating or filling a shift without internet writes it to local storage immediately, including after you fully close the app while still offline. • iCloud upload finishes — new duties no longer stay stuck on “waiting to sync”; a shift filled offline is pushed when you open the app online; each duty card shows “Saved locally only” or “Uploaded to iCloud”. • iCloud can no longer replace a duty you have not finished uploading — a later empty copy (fuel remainder and medical only) cannot wipe airports, times, crew, or attachments. • Local files are kept until this device has exported them — iCloud is not allowed to overwrite or delete a non-empty attachment folder while those edits are still waiting to upload. • Send to your Ops folder — in Settings, add the HTTPS address of an existing folder plus login and password (Nextcloud, NAS WebDAV, company disk). Send packs the journal, flight assignment, and scans into one zip and puts it there. No FlightLog script on the server. • Optional custom ingest — if Ops already has its own HTTPS receiver, you can point Send at that URL instead. • Share stays as it is — if you do not turn this on, Send still opens Mail / the share sheet.

• Restore that responds — any backup you can see is one you can restore, with a progress indicator while it runs and a clear result every time. • Faster restore — only the backup you chose downloads from iCloud, so restoring no longer stalls for minutes. • Every copy is labelled — the backup list says whether a copy is on this device, in iCloud, or both. • Damaged backups — a missing attachment no longer stops the whole restore; your flights come back and only that file is skipped. • Your flights stay put — a failed read of the database can no longer lead to an empty logbook, deletions made while a large logbook is loading stay deleted, and attachments of flights that have not loaded yet are kept in iCloud. • Flight assignment — short duties stay on one page; fuel and remarks print on the form; flight engineer / radio operator (BPR) sit after the pilots; ATL documents are easier to find; split duty starts with one tap. • Share to Ops — journal, assignment, and scans go out as one zip so Mail no longer drops the attachments on the way. Optionally send that zip to your own HTTPS server from Settings. • New app icon, including the dark and tinted styles of iOS 18.

• Logbook reliability — flights save correctly to the on-device database from the first entry; deletes stay deleted after restart. • Backup & restore — automatic backups every 7 days (3 archives kept); restore picks the fullest copy from this device or iCloud; legacy journal files import again. • iCloud sync — deletions propagate to your other devices; attachment uploads retry in the background; clearer status when sync is still catching up. • Recovery — choosing a recovery source fully replaces the flight list instead of mixing with stale data.

• Crew from your saved names: pick PIC/SIC (and your own name) from the list. Different spellings of the same person now count as one for limits and recent flying. • Link old spellings: open a person in Settings → Saved crew names and mark which past PIC/SIC names belong to them. • Deleted names stay gone after restart. • Face ID / Touch ID lock is solid again — full cover, and the app re-locks when you switch away. • Duty list shows block time. Sync and attachments are more reliable. • Light theme is properly readable now — status colors, limits and times hold their contrast on white. • Larger text sizes and VoiceOver: list rows scale instead of staying tiny, and buttons and duty-forecast controls are spoken correctly.

• Document vault — keep licenses, medicals, passports, and visas in one place, with expiry reminders 90, 30, and 7 days ahead. Find it in Settings → Documents; you can include it in backups. • Ramp-check mode — quickly show an inspector or offline PDF with your credentials, recent flying, cumulative limits, and a logbook excerpt. From the toolbar, a Home Screen Quick Action, or flightlog://ramp-check. • Apple Watch — your watch face can show the next document expiry after syncing with iPhone. • FTL radar — see how much duty and flight time you still have ahead, when capacity frees up, and try up to five “what if” shifts. Open from Statistics, the home limits card, Duty Forecast, or flightlog://ftl-radar. • Import flights — bring in CSV from LogTen Pro, ForeFlight, MCC, or a generic spreadsheet. FlightLog detects the format, helps map columns, and shows a report before anything is added. • Cumulative limits — rolling flight and duty totals for Order No. 381, EASA FTL, or FAA Part 117 on the home screen and in Statistics. A toolbar dot warns when you’re close to or over a limit. On the home card, reference totals and rule limits are separate; FAP-128 shows month, then quarter, then year. • Choose your rules — on first launch, pick FAP-128, EASA, or FAA. Clearer limit feedback, plus a gentle haptic when you approach or exceed the cap. • Faster editing — start a new duty from your last one, jump between Duty, legs, and Totals on multi-leg shifts, and clearer messages when times don’t add up. • Clearer home toolbar — E6B, Ramp Check, Duty Forecast, Statistics, and Export PDF stay in view; filter, sort, settings, CSV, and import live under ⋯. List sort is date only (newest / oldest). • Refreshed app icon — a cleaner plane + logbook mark without the title baked into the artwork. • iPad — list and editor side by side, comfortable reading width, and shortcuts ⌘N, ⌘F, and ⌘W. • Big logbooks feel faster — open and scroll smoothly even with hundreds or thousands of entries. • Cleaner iCloud Drive — in Files you only see scanned flight PDFs under FlightLog → flightlog_scan (by flight number and date). Internal sync files stay out of sight; empty folders and accidental duplicates are cleaned up automatically. • iPhone stays upright — the app stays in portrait; you can still turn the phone while scanning a document. • Safer sync & easy update — deletes stay deleted across devices, and your existing logbook upgrades automatically. Nothing for you to do.

• Duty Check — before accepting an assignment, tap the timer icon and enter the planned report time, duty end, departure airport, and sector count. The app instantly shows if the shift fits within your limit (FAP-128 / EASA FTL / FAA Part 117), time remaining, and the applicable bracket. Augmented crew (FAP-128 App. 4), ferry flights, and EASA in-flight rest supported. • Route Memory — when you fill in departure and destination on a new leg, the app recognises the route from your history and offers to prefill aircraft, crew, flight number, and airline. One tap to apply. • Duty progress bar — green → amber in the last 2 hours before the limit; solid red when exceeded. • Fuel carry-forward — opening a new shift on the same aircraft automatically fills the fuel remainder from the previous shutdown. • New badges — «No crew» and «No fuel» (amber) appear when the PIC field is empty or no fuel data exists. • Crew picker — keyboard now dismisses on scroll but the name list stays open for easy selection. • CloudKit sharing fix — leaving a shared shift protects your local copy from being overwritten by the owner's next sync.

• Saved flights — premium shift cards: status-colored flight-number rail, duty shift and flight time (HH:MM), route lines, duty-limit progress bar with green-to-amber gradient near the limit, compact crew (BP / BP2 labels) with aligned role columns. Tap a card to open the shift editor. • Status chips — separate badges for each issue (red → amber → blue), sorted by priority. «Complete» stays green when only a little duty time remains, with an amber «time left» chip below. Draft gaps (missing times, fuel remainder) show in blue; warnings (no alternate, limit exceeded with comment, no med. control) in amber. • Med. control text generator (FAP-128 only) — build clearance text from a form: medical facility exam (domestic: local time; international from Russia: UTC) or PIC decision when departing outside Russia (no medical officer; UTC time and date). Apply to row 1 or split-duty row 2. Med. control fields and PDF block are hidden for EASA FTL and FAA Part 117. • Portable backup — import preview before merge/replace; clearer export summary; sync-conflict banner in backup settings.

• Saved flights — redesigned compact shift cards: per-leg routes with aligned arrows, vertical flight number, crew summary, labeled block/duty times, sharing badges. Tap a card to open the shift editor. • EASA FTL & FAA Part 117 — table-based duty limits (ORO.FTL.205 / Part 117 Table B–C). Choose jurisdiction per entry; acclimatisation, in-flight rest, and extension options in the duty editor with live max duty preview. • FAP-128 (Mintrans Order No. 381) — fixed-wing duty limits (App. 1 minimum crew, App. 4 augmented crew from Additional crew). Ferry/technical flights with 3 landings and no passengers use the 1–2 landings bracket. Pilot, PIC, and PIC-instructor roles in Additional crew count toward augmented limits. • Operational logbook PDF — FTL inputs and calculated max duty in the duty appendix (not on the flight assignment form). • Duty limits — EASA and FAA limits in the editor footer; split-duty 12/11 h rules remain for FAP-128 only. • Shared duty — deleting a shared shift as a participant no longer restores it after CloudKit sync. • Database backup — export the full logbook (entries + attachments) as a .zip from Settings → Backup, and import it on another device via Files or AirDrop.

• Split Duty Architect — two-block duty timeline: rest break, hotel or crew rest room, meals, crew consent. Med. control row 2 in the assignment PDF when the break exceeds 6 hours. Limits 12 h (day) / 11 h (night); up to 2 split duties per month. Rest airport ICAO auto-fills from arrival. • Split duty comment — factual logbook PDF note (parts, break, rest, total duty vs limit). • E6B flight computer — a hub with 11 calculators: runway wind, wind correction, fuel and mass, TSD, TOD, density altitude, cold weather, true altitude, units, and de-icing holdover. Open from the flight list or the active leg editor; recent calculations are saved for quick return. • Runway wind — pick the landing runway end (e.g. 06 or 24), fetch METAR, set crosswind/tailwind limits, and read a clear text summary with color-coded headwind, tailwind, and crosswind. • Apply to leg — send an E6B result summary into the leg flight notice with one tap when opened from a duty. • Runways on each leg — departure and destination show runway dimensions, surface, threshold designators, true headings, elevation, and displaced thresholds from OurAirports data. • E6B crosswind widget — quick runway-wind calculator from the Home Screen. • iCloud on Mac — logbook data and backups sync when you run FlightLog on Mac (Designed for iPhone & iPad). • Safer backups — reserve copies are kept on the device and mirrored to iCloud; restore from either location. • Flight assignment PDF — long medical clearance text wraps onto additional lines instead of being cut off. • App language — choose English, Russian, or follow the system in Settings → Appearance (independent of iOS language). • Medical clearance — hint text in the duty form shows what to enter (organization name, date and time). • Reliability — smoother editing and backup screens (no UI freezes), safer editor open so an entry is not overwritten before it loads, and E6B “apply to leg” now saves correctly to flight notice.

• Shared duty improvements — if the owner and a participant edit the same duty differently, the app now detects structural conflicts (legs or duty blocks) and lets you choose which version to keep instead of silently merging duplicates. • Leave a shared duty — participants can leave a shared flight from the menu when they no longer need access. • Safer CloudKit sync — pull-before-push and deduplication prevent duplicate legs and duty blocks when the owner syncs after a participant has already edited locally. • Service passengers — add service passengers with role, name, and note (same pattern as additional crew), included in flight-assignment PDF export. • PDF polish — appendix PDF colors now match the flight-assignment form; duty-shift summary column layout refined on the assignment PDF.

• See where each document lives — every operational document now clearly shows whether it's on this device, still in iCloud, or empty. Tap a document marked "In iCloud" to download it on demand. • Faster opening with iCloud attachments — re-downloading offloaded files now shares one time budget per flight instead of waiting on each file separately, so flights with several documents open much faster. • Sync transparency — the storage status shows how many items are still waiting to sync to iCloud. • Reliability — fixed a rare case where backfilling a local copy of an attachment could fail on a brand-new device, plus added tests covering iCloud download and recovery.

• Fixed attachment loss — flight documents and signatures could disappear after an app update or when the Apple Watch logged takeoff/landing on a flight you hadn't opened. Metadata-only edits no longer touch your attachment files. • iCloud recovery — attachments that iCloud had offloaded from the device are now re-downloaded automatically instead of showing as missing, and a durable local copy is kept on every device. • Online/offline indicator — the storage status now honestly shows when you're offline ("saved on device, will sync to iCloud when online") and only marks a sync time once data has actually reached iCloud. • New per-leg documents — added "De-icing Fluid Receipt" and "Security Checklist" to every flight leg. • Clearer document names — operational document titles were refreshed, and exported file names now use Latin codes and always keep the flight number, so shared files no longer collide.

• "Apply planned" — one tap copies a leg's planned departure/arrival into the actual takeoff/landing fields (only fills the empty ones, never overwrites times you've entered). • Delta vs plan — each actual takeoff/landing now shows how many minutes it ran early or late against the plan. • Per-leg document badge — every leg header shows an N/6 counter so you can see at a glance which legs still need documents. • Faster launch — the merged airport dataset is now cached, so cold starts are noticeably quicker. • Stability — fixed a rare crash when closing the logbook. • Sharing fix — stopping a shared flight now works on any device, including after a reinstall. • Sharing fix — exporting a flight via AirDrop, Mail and other apps now reliably attaches the file. • E6B calculators (cold-weather / true-altitude and deicing holdover) are now fully localized.

Flight assignment, PIC passport, general declaration and TLB stay at duty (shift) level; navlog (OFP), W&B, fuel request, passenger manifest and two free slots are now attached per leg. • Leg document filenames include the route (UUEE-ULLI) so two legs with the same flight number no longer overwrite each other when exporting. • Leg date & time block visually splits into «Planned» and «Actual» sections so the planned departure/arrival times no longer blend with the actual ones. • Migration is automatic — existing entries keep their 10 attachments (4 move to duty, 6 land on the first leg) and disk files are relocated once on first launch. • Bug fixes and stability improvements.

The app reads flight number, aircraft registration and type, departure, destination, alternates, block fuel, route, and scheduled times on-device (no internet required). • Review before applying — choose which recognized fields to copy into the leg; existing values are left unchanged unless you enable them. • Airport check — parsed ICAO codes are validated against the built-in airport database before you save. • Smarter recognition — PDF text is used when available; photos support HEIC; multi-page scans are processed together. • Bug fixes and stability improvements.
