Faster, lighter iCloud sync Your documents' photos and PDFs are now downloaded only when they have actually changed, instead of the whole library every time something syncs. On top of that, a bug meant every document was being fetched twice. Less waiting, less data, less battery. Drag and drop on Mac, properly A PDF you drop now stays a PDF — it used to be stored as a picture of its first page. Photos keep their original file instead of being re-encoded. And files dragged straight from Mail arrive correctly. If a drop can't be read, the app now says so rather than quietly doing nothing. Sharper scanning Text recognition sometimes returned characters that look like ordinary letters but aren't, which left serial numbers and amounts impossible to search for. They are repaired automatically now. Also fixed • Sharing an export works on iPad and Mac. • Deleting a stack no longer moves you to a different stack.

Bigger on iPad and Mac The sidebar now takes you straight to your inbox, the warranty centre and recently deleted documents, and your documents are laid out as a table with a detail pane beside it. Columns adapt to the width you have, so document names stay readable instead of being cut short. Speaks your language Danish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian, Polish, Finnish and English are now fully translated — every screen, not just the main ones. Shared stacks, without stepping on each other When someone else is working in a stack you share, you can see it. Ask for editing rights, hand them back when you're done, and get a notification the moment they're yours. Tidier housekeeping Delete a stack you no longer need — after a confirmation that names it and counts what goes with it. Recently deleted is now reachable on every device, so nothing disappears without a way back. Sharper scanning Receipts with thousands separators are read correctly, documents are named after the product rather than the shop's address, and serial numbers are recognised from more label formats. Also in this version • Export an insurance report: a PDF inventory with owners, categories, serial numbers, purchase values and warranty dates. • Notifications are only requested when you actually save a warranty date. • Restoring a purchase now tells you what it found.
