As a pharmacist, I have many patients who need an app like this. It makes it easy to track GLP-1 injections, weight loss, protein intake, side effects, and progress all in one place. I especially like that the app visually tracks hair health and muscle, which are important during GLP-1 treatment. Great for staying consistent and organized.

I initially allowed it to sync with my Apple health data but then I realized that it’s tracking my steps incorrectly. I think it’s somehow tracking my steps double essentially, because I have an Apple Watch and an oura ring. My oura ring is also synced to my Apple health app. I think it’s tracking my watch steps that are logged and also my ring steps that are logged as though they’re separate. It won’t let me edit my step counts or delete my step count entries. So essentially tracking my step goal in this app is useless. I haven’t fully tried all of the other features in the app yet so there may be other issues I haven’t come across yet. I’ve also noticed that logging my symptoms doesn’t seem to work well, it’s confusing what I’m supposed to do with that feature. Am I rating on a scale of 1-10 each day how bad my symptoms are? Anyway, it’s a nice looking app, but like I said, it needs some work.

Absolutely love that the developers added this feature. Just wish it actually worked instead of seeing a “failed to upload” error every time I try to upload a photo. In my personal opinion, this app will be perfect once a patch is made for that. Loving this app though! It’s been so helpful on my journey so far, and leaves the guess work out of making sure I get in everything I need every day!
