Pick your start weight, target weight and date, and WeightTarget plots your path: a target weight for every weigh-in, daily to monthly. Log your weight on the custom number pad (or straight from Apple Health) and every checkpoint is marked Hit or Missed, with your progress, pace, and weight-to-go always in view.
APPLE HEALTH, TWO-WAY
Connect Apple Health and your weigh-ins flow both ways — today's weight from your smart scale appears automatically, your history backfills new goals, and everything you log is written back to Health. Always on your terms: nothing syncs without your permission.
ADAPTIVE TARGETS
Bad week? Optional adaptive mode recalculates your upcoming targets from your latest weigh-in, so you always have an achievable path to the same end date.
PROGRESS PHOTOS — COMPLETELY PRIVATE
Take or import progress photos and watch your before & after develop. Photos live inside the app, never your camera roll, protected by Face ID or a PIN.
