Presence can also draw inspiration from your surroundings, including the weather, temperature, and time of day. A rainy afternoon, a warm morning, or the colors of sunset can become a gentle invitation to notice your experience more fully.
With the Presence widget, you can receive timely mindfulness prompts directly from your Home Screen. After selected sessions, you may also receive a reflective moment card that you can save or share.
