Search, Sort, and Browse

Full-text search by name. Sort by rating, rank, check status, or date added. Group items by evaluation so you can see all your S-rank picks or 5-star favorites at a glance. Switch between grid and list view to browse your way.

Bulk Add and Edit

Select multiple photos at once and add them all in one go. Set names, ratings, and attributes in bulk before saving. You can also select multiple items to edit or delete them together — perfect for large collections.

Your Data Stays on Your Device

Everything is stored locally on your device. No accounts, no cloud sync, no data sent to external servers. CollectBook works fully offline — your collection is always private and always available.

Backup and Restore

Keep your collection safe with flexible backup options. Save backups inside the app (multiple generations) or export as a JSON file to Files or AirDrop. When restoring, pick individual collections to bring back — no need to overwrite everything. Auto-backup runs quietly in the background each time you leave the app.
