MediTrack Pro saves the time you took each medication, so you never have to wonder "Did I already take it?"
A simple, private med tracker for prescriptions, over-the-counter meds and supplements.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Check off today's meds by time of day
Your meds are grouped into Morning, Noon and Evening, with the current time slot at the top. Tap once and the time is recorded.
• Get reminded on time
Receive a notification at the time you set. Mark a dose as "Taken" right from the notification, or tap "Later" to be reminded again.
• Skip a dose on purpose
Days your doctor tells you to pause are logged as skipped, not missed.
• Track as-needed (PRN) meds
Log the time and count for pain relievers and other meds you take only when needed.
• See 3 months on a calendar
Color-coded days show your adherence at a glance. Tap a day to see exactly what you took.
• Daily notes
Write down symptoms, side effects or anything you noticed that day.
• Monthly charts and streaks
View monthly adherence overall, by time of day and by medication, plus your current streak.
• Medication report
