Sign in faster with Face ID or Touch ID. After signing in with your email and password, you'll be asked if you want to enable biometric login. Next time you open the app, your face or fingerprint gets you straight in. This update also includes reliability improvements to background session refresh and progress check-in photo uploads.

Trimmed Health Connect to only what your coach uses: steps, sleep, weight, workouts, active calories, basal metabolic rate. Removed unused permissions: heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, body fat, respiratory rate, distance. Smoother daily metrics logging incl. blood pressure & glucose. Stability and performance fixes.

Opening workout screen caused a crash.

- Timezone support: Your dashboard, workouts, nutrition, and check-ins now reflect your local timezone. No more seeing tomorrow's data when it's still today for you. - Change your timezone anytime from Profile > Settings. - Workout target weight: See the target weight your coach set for each set during your workout. - Sticky "Start Workout" button stays visible while scrolling through exercises. - Pull to refresh on workout day screen. If your coach updates your plan, the app detects it automatically. - Improved notifications: All notification types now show descriptive messages instead of generic text. - Removed character limit on workout notes.

- Daily adherence logging - Quickly log your weight, steps, sleep and notes from the new "Log daily" button on the home screen, or via the Progress tab header. - Past entries - View and edit the last 30 days of daily logs from the new Past Entries screen. Missed a day? Tap it to submit a new entry. - Sleep quality colors - Sleep quality ratings are now color-coded from red (1) to green (5) for a quick visual read. - Password visibility toggle - Tap the eye icon on login and registration to show or hide your password. - Image loading - Images now fade in smoothly instead of popping in abruptly. - Stability improvements - Fixed a keyboard-related screen shake on the login and registration screens.
