WHAT IS A SIDEQUEST?
Life has a main quest: work, sleep, repeat. Sidequests are the small detours that break the autopilot. A walk by the river. A call to your brother. Sitting by a window for five minutes. Tiny moments. Real days.
HOW IT WORKS
- Daily Swaps: small invitations to step out of routine, less than five minutes each. One tap when you've done it.
- Sidequests: when nothing happens, Salmo gives you one fresh quest to break the routine. Take it or leave it.
- Log a moment: write a sentence about what stood out today. Add a photo if you like. Your private record of the small things.
- Watch Salmo grow: every small win earns XP. Your Salmo evolves from Hatchling to Elder, unlocking new items for your underwater habitat along the way.
- Explore your city: discover real sidequests on the map near you (currently in select cities, more coming soon).

Your logs and photos are yours. We never share them, never use them for AI training, and never sell your data. Photos are stored privately with EXIF metadata stripped before upload. Read more in our privacy policy.
