This update rebuilds our decision-support tool for birth. Every topic now leads with a clear "What is this?", plain-language evidence, and honest numbers shown two ways (the reassuring side and the risk) so you can see, for example, that "1 in 200" also means "199 in 200 are fine." We've added clearer guidance on why something might be offered, a cleaner references section, and rewritten every topic to be balanced, accurate, and free of jargon.
