Your free week now waits for you. Accept the gift and a gentle reminder plus a note on the camera help you start it with your first scan. Day 1 of your free week brings its own hello. The commitment screen now shows how to press and hold and responds from your first touch.

When you choose net carbs, they now lead on every screen. The total stays right beside them.

History now sorts your days the way you choose, newest first, oldest first, or by carbs. Each meal time in History shows its carb total for the day.

iPad now shows your history in two panes, with a capture layout built for the bigger screen. Start a scan from the Home Screen, the Lock Screen, or Siri. History opens with insights drawn from your own week. Carb estimates are more accurate, especially on plates with rice, potatoes, and other starches. The capture screen reads more clearly in bright light. VoiceOver can now describe the weekly chart, and days over your goal are marked by shape as well as color.

Your meal photos now sync to iCloud at full quality, so the photo of every saved meal travels with your history across devices. Fixed: tapping a plan on the upgrade screen now selects it first instead of starting a purchase right away. iCloud sync no longer shows an error and keeps your meals backed up.

Backup and roam across devices with iCloud sync. Turn on Backup & Sync in Settings to keep your scan history and food items on your own iCloud account. Reinstall the app or pick up a new iPhone, sign in, and your data flows back. The data lives in your iCloud, not on CarbZen servers. Settings reorganized: Apple Health and Backup & Sync now sit at the top, next to your subscription. Daily Carb Goal moved up; visual preferences moved down.

Edit any saved meal. Tap a food to fine-tune the carb count, portion, or macros. Use quick portion buttons (¼, ½, 1×, 2×) or custom fractions like 1½ to rescale everything at once. History meals now group by day with a running daily total. Search by food name. Long-press for Repeat or Delete. Saved meal details show a bigger carb headline, a tappable photo for fullscreen, and a Share button for sending to your doctor. Macros ordered for diabetic carb counting: Net Carbs first, then Fiber, Sugar, Protein, Fat, and Calories.
