Problems This App Solves • On-the-spot price questions during walk-throughs Customers almost always ask “How much is this going to cost?” right there on site. With BidSmart Echo you can walk away from the conversation, quickly input the details, and return in minutes with a full, accurate estimate. • Customers pushing back on price When a customer says “That’s way too much,” you no longer have to second-guess yourself. The AI uses current regional rates so you can confidently stand by your number or move on to the next job. • Time wasted on manual estimating Stop spending hours building spreadsheets. The AI asks smart follow-up questions and delivers a complete breakdown in minutes. • Inaccurate or incomplete estimates The AI automatically factors in regional labor rates, materials, overhead, and profit so you don’t miss hidden costs or undervalue your work. • Unprofessional-looking estimates Generate polished, branded PDFs with your logo, company info, and clean formatting that impress clients and stand out from competitors. • Difficulty walking away from bad jobs With accurate, data-backed numbers you can quickly decide which jobs are worth your time and confidently pass on the ones that aren’t. Key Features • Conversational AI that guides you step-by-step • Professional branded PDF estimates with your logo and company info • Voice interaction — speak your project details using your device’s microphone button • Permanent company letterhead & logo storage • One-tap PDF generation and sharing • Real-time editing — after the Generate PDF button appears, you can edit labor hours, rates, overhead, profit, and any other details, then instantly regenerate the updated PDF.
