Clearer empty screens in the tenant portal. Where a screen had nothing to show, it used to report a missing lease. Now it tells you what belongs there — what your timeline collects, where your own documents live, and why a meter reading could not be saved yet.

The tenant portal now works from day one — your landlord no longer has to be on ImmoDesk. Record rent payments, keep your lease and insurance in one place, report a problem and follow it through, run your own move-in and move-out report with photos, and track appointments and contact. When your landlord joins, both records appear side by side, each one labelled. Also fixed: adding a document, attaching photos, and setting a profile picture could all fail silently. Your profile picture now shows everywhere in the app, not just on the profile screen.

Two date and figure fixes. Dates are now read from your phone's own calendar rather than UTC. Late in the evening the app could treat tomorrow as today — so a rent charge could show as overdue a day early. Monthly totals in Collections, Financial, Dashboard and Portfolio Intelligence were also starting a month too early, which quietly changed the numbers. Both are corrected. Property taxes you added by uploading a document now appear in the Taxes list. They were counted in the totals at the top of the screen but missing from the list underneath.

Small fixes to keep things tidy. Property names no longer overlap the artwork at the top of a property page — long names like "Canal View Residence" now read cleanly on both iPhone and iPad. We also fixed a sign-in issue where a small number of accounts were shown a subscription message they shouldn't have seen. If that happened to you, it's gone.

Bug fixes and reliability improvements. Fixed several buttons on the Analytics and Occupancy screens that did nothing when tapped, tidied up the sign-up form, and made document links open more reliably.

Tenants can now see their invoices in the app, each with the payment reference to quote when paying, so transfers are matched automatically. This release also fixes a number of screens that were showing incomplete information: invoices and unit payment history now load correctly, and tenant documents, appointments, energy readings and maintenance details show the right data. Documents are now served over secure, expiring links.

Now rent by the room. ImmoDesk supports co-living, HMO, student housing and shared homes — add individual rooms as units, flag whether bills are included, and manage room-by-room tenancies just like any other lease. New pricing. ImmoDesk now starts at €29/month, based simply on how many units you manage — every feature is included at every level, and your billing screen now shows the exact plan and price that applies to you. Also new: when you change a repair's status, the contractor you assigned is notified by email automatically, so nobody has to chase anyone. Plus general reliability improvements.

Big convenience update. Your expenses list is back — a glitch kept it empty for some landlords, and it now shows every expense again. New: lock the app with Face ID or your fingerprint, send an overdue-rent reminder to all tenants in one tap (or per payment), and add appointments straight to your phone's calendar. The Home tab now shows a badge with your unread notifications, and rent indexation alerts take you right to the review screen.

A round of polish and fixes. Buttons throughout the app now sit at just the right size on every screen, so everything looks crisp and taps exactly where you expect. We've also restored the AI helper that suggests who's responsible for a maintenance issue, and smoothed out scrolling on your property and unit pages.

A refreshed design. Your dashboard now leads with your net income in a cleaner, more focused layout, and the whole app gets a lighter, more polished feel. We've also tidied up a number of layout details so buttons and panels sit perfectly on every device.

Reliability update across billing, payments, and tenant tools. • Subscription and trial status now stays accurate and in sync with the web app, so your access is always correct. • Tenant payments, charge details, and maintenance updates open and display reliably. • Applicant screening saves every applicant, and managing your subscription works smoothly again. All v1.5.36 improvements remain in place.

New: Document upload notifications with one-tap access. • When your tenant or landlord uploads a document, you get an email and push instantly. • Tap the link to open the document directly — no scrolling through the list. • Works for all document types: leases, inspections, receipts, energy certificates. All v1.5.35 improvements remain in place.

Polish: smoother bottom sheets and tappable Collections cards. • Bottom-sheet popups (Record Payment, Force Generate, Filter, and more) now have a properly placed close button and can be swiped down to dismiss. • Tapping the Collections totals (Total Charges, Past Due, Outstanding, Collected) now scrolls to the matching filter so you can see the list update. • Removed a few buttons and chevrons that looked tappable but did nothing (Bulk Indexation, Net Cashflow card, Settings → Version row). No new permissions. All improvements from v1.5.34 remain in place.

Security: closes a hard-trial bypass on the mobile app. • If you signed up on the web but never completed checkout, the mobile app now correctly prompts you to finish setting up your trial instead of granting access. Matches the same behaviour on the web app. • Paywall screen copy is now context-aware: it says "Complete your trial signup" when you still need to add a payment method, and "Your trial has ended" when your trial actually ran out. No new permissions. All improvements from v1.5.33 remain in place.

Small fixes after the v1.5.32 trial-window change. • Trial-ended screen no longer says "30-day trial" — the duration depends on when you signed up. Existing trial accounts are unaffected. • Sign-up confirmation now correctly says "7 days free, cancel anytime" instead of the old 30-day wording. • Friendlier message when signing up with an email that's already registered — no more raw backend errors. • Privacy policy contact email now points to the correct .eu domain. No new permissions. All improvements from v1.5.32 remain in place.

Multi-currency support and a clearer trial. • Currency picker on new leases: pick the right currency for each property, defaulting to your country's currency. Rent inputs and totals now show the matching symbol throughout the app — not just "€". • Honest trial visibility on the Billing screen: a banner shows how many days you have left, when auto-renewal happens, and the exact amount you'll be charged — or a clear "subscribe to keep your data" nudge if you signed up without a card. • Signup copy updated for the new 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime before then and you won't be charged. • Inspection cost rows (check-in / check-out) and unit / issue forms now use your organization's preferred currency instead of always showing €. • Invoice screen renders amounts in the invoice's own currency. All previous v1.5.31 fixes remain. No new permissions.

Stability and security update. • Trial-expiry flow: when your free trial ends, the app now clearly invites you to subscribe and links you to your billing settings on immodesk.eu — no more silent "free access" leak after the trial ends. • Faster sign-out for suspended accounts: if support suspends an account, the next time you open the app you're signed out cleanly instead of seeing stale data. • Billing screen: shows accurate plan and price for every account state — including admin / internal accounts that aren't billed. • Polished subscription status labels in Settings (Active, Trial, Trial Expired, Past Due, Canceled). All previous v1.5.30 fixes remain. No new permissions.

Form & button polish across the entire app. • Every Add/Edit form now shows clear validation feedback — buttons no longer feel "dead" when required fields are missing. • Deleting a task now requires explicit confirmation, and status changes apply instantly (optimistic update). • Cancel / swipe-back on any form warns you before discarding unsaved work. • Support deep-links and Check-in / Check-out refresh now show a clear error if something fails (was silent before). • The avatar picker can no longer be re-opened by an accidental double-tap during upload. • Tenant Support distinguishes "no tickets yet" from "couldn't load tickets" — with a retry button. Also bundles the iPad layout polish and the cross-client photo visibility (mobile uploads now show on web and vice versa) shipped in earlier releases.

Messages no longer crashes when re-opening a conversation. The "cannot add postgres_changes after subscribe" error is gone. iPad polish (portrait orientation): every screen now keeps its title clear of the floating menu icon — no more "≡operty Details" or chopped headers across 19 Landlord/Tenant screens.

Status badges now read like English instead of database keys. Appointments awaiting your approval show "Awaiting Approval" instead of "pending_landlord_approval", paid charges show "Paid", expired leases show "Expired", and every other status across Issues, Properties, Tenants, Units, Leases, Appointments, Payments and Maintenance has been polished for the same clean, consistent look.

v1.5.9 — bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements: • "Occupancy Opportunity" insight card on Analytics is now tappable. • App is locked to English while we finish proofreading the Dutch, French and German strings — no more half-translated UI on non-English devices. • Filter and sort pills on every list screen (Issues, Leases, Properties, Documents, etc.) now scroll horizontally — a more native, swipeable mobile feel. • Property detail (Overview / Units / Financials / Activity) uses the same horizontal-scroll tab pattern. • Accessibility: filter chips now expose proper tab semantics to screen readers.

Cleaner accessibility for screen-reader users on the celebration screens (new lease, new property, applicant approved, etc.) and the lifecycle timelines. Fixed a stuck app-icon badge that lingered after reading notifications, accidental duplicate leases, and inconsistent rent values across screens after an indexation. Lease creation is now a single AI-guided flow — with a "skip the wizard" option for power users who prefer the plain form.
